Development Camps
The Scoring Lab is a structured, high-intensity development session designed to refine offensive mechanics and elevate shot creation ability.
Athletes will focus on the technical foundations of scoring, including footwork, balance, separation, and efficient shooting mechanics.
This session emphasises how to create scoring opportunities through movement, change of pace, body control, and decision-making. Players will develop the ability to generate space, attack defensive pressure, and execute shots confidently in game-realistic situations.
Through detail-driven drills and guided repetitions, athletes will strengthen shooting mechanics, improve finishing touch, and build a deeper understanding of offensive reads and reactions.
The Fundamental Skills Camp focuses on refining the essential building blocks required for long-term player development.
Athletes will develop and strengthen key areas of the game including shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, finishing, passing, and defensive fundamentals.
Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body control, and skill consistency, ensuring athletes build confident habits that translate directly into game performance.
Sessions are delivered within a positive, high-energy training environment designed to challenge athletes while supporting skill progression.

The Lockdown Defensive Clinic is a structured, high-intensity session designed to refine defensive mechanics and elevate defensive impact.
Athletes will focus on defensive footwork, positioning, body control, and on-ball technique through detail-driven drills and guided repetitions.
This clinic emphasises defensive discipline, reaction timing, and defensive decision-making, helping athletes develop the habits required to perform consistently under pressure.
Sessions are designed to challenge athletes physically and mentally, reinforcing defensive confidence, control, and competitive intensity.
Sparks Skills Sessions are designed specifically for developing and younger athletes, providing a structured introduction to basketball within a fun, engaging environment.
Sessions focus on building confidence, developing fundamental movement skills, and introducing core basketball techniques through game-based activities.
Athletes will develop coordination, balance, ball control, and early skill awareness while participating in drills designed to encourage enjoyment, confidence, and active participation.

girls hoops camp
Our Ignite Girls Hoops Camp is designed to create a positive, high-energy environment where young athletes can build confidence, develop their skills, and grow their love for the game.
Led by experienced coaches and featuring special guest Asha Phillips (Illawarra Hawks NBL1), this camp gives athletes the opportunity to learn from someone who has progressed from local basketball through the NSW pathways and onto the international stage.
Sessions will focus on:
Fundamental skill development
Game decision making
Finishing, shooting, and ball handling
Building confidence in game situations
